1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GetIP.online ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

GetIP.online provides free IPv6 tunnel services using WireGuard protocol. The Service allows users to establish secure connections and obtain IPv6 connectivity.

3. User Account

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• One account per user - multiple accounts are not permitted

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Transmit any malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Engage in any form of network attack or abuse
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Engage in spamming, phishing, or fraudulent activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Use the Service for any illegal activities

5. Service Limitations

• One IPv6 tunnel per account
• Tunnels expire after 30 days but can be renewed for free
• Service is provided on an "as-is" basis
• We reserve the right to limit bandwidth in case of abuse

6. Privacy

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Service and informs users of our data collection practices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee any specific level of performance or uptime.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GETIP.ONLINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GetIP.online and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Taiwan.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
